I’m Nicolette Gindele, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Take Heart Psychiatry. I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure of what they need next. My approach is careful and individualized. I look at symptoms, life stress, relationships, sleep, health, hormones, history, and personal goals to better understand the full picture.
